Why me? NOTE: This is NOT coaching! This is just a meal plan for people who can “do it yourself” and follow a plan on their own. Once I receive your payment, I will send you a handout to fill out, describing all of your preferences, dislikes, preferred meal timing and structure (how many meals you want to eat each day, etc), your goals (lose weight, gain, maintain), any health issues, your vital stats, etc. I will create for you an entirely customized modular meal plan with enough meal options for 1-2 weeks.
Please note, there is a one-week turn around from the time I receive your completed handout until I send you your customized vegan meal plan.
