All the recipes have been tested by yours truly and they are easy to make and delicious tasting.  You can use them to serve an entire Vegan holiday meal, or to supplement a more traditional meat meal as the recipes are all parve.

Every recipe has a clear photo.

All measurements are in Metric and U.S. Standard.

All ingredients are easy to find and substitutions are given if an item is specific to Israel.

Every effort has been made at simplicity and clear instruction for a wide range of cooking experience.

Each recipe tastes as good as its non-vegan counterpart and will (hopefully) be accepted by omnivorous family and friends.  (My family were the testers!)
