WHAT: Boot Camp workouts are fun, outdoor, group fitness classes!
WHERE: Park Kfar Saba – Aleph Side (off of Ben Yehuda and HaGalil) – free parking available on Azar
WHEN: 4 weeks from August 7 – 31, 2017
There are 4 classes a week. Classes times are:
Mondays and Wednesdays 6:30-7:15am
Tuesdays and Thursdays 19:30-20:15
You can come to as many as you wish, as long as you notify me ahead of time.
240 nis for the month – unlimited classes!
Classes last for 45 minutes and all exercises can be modified for different fitness levels.
Exercises are a combination of cardio and strength building, with a focus on the most common “trouble spots”: abs, booty, back of the arms, and inner thighs.
Your heart rate will go up while we enjoy a great workout together.
Nutrition advice and meal plan for those looking to lose fat.
Ages 12 and up, men and women welcome
