Personal Training sessions typically last 1 hour and cost 150nis. Most clients will want to train at least twice a week to achieve the results they are looking for.

Sessions take place in your home, a park near you, Park Kfar Saba or KS Yeruka, or any other location within a 15 min drive of Kfar Saba, typically KS, Raanana, and Hod HaSharon.
Men, women and children, ages 12-100.
What will we do during a session?
Exercise programs are customized to you – the things you like doing, the types of movement you enjoy, the intensity you request. All designed to help you achieve whatever fitness goal you have.
Programs are a combination of body weight exercises, free weights, TRX, and other equipment, and incorporate strength, flexibility, agility, balance, coordination, memory, cardio, and muscle “toning” or building.
What else does your service include?
As I am also a nutritionist, dietary recommendations tailored specifically to your needs, preferences, and lifestyle are available if desired.
You get unlimited whatsapp and e-mail support between sessions. Handouts, tons of recipes, home workouts, and other materials.
The Accountability and Consistency of working with a Personal Trainer may be the one crucial element to ensure your success!

What makes you different that every other trainer?
There is a popular myth circulating that fitness is only for fit people. If you are overweight or out-of-shape, you don’t want to be seen working out because you may feel embarrassed, or as if it isn’t your right to join the ranks of the fit folk.
I have established Triumph Wellness Personal Training specifically to be the antidote to that sort of attitude.
As someone who has been in your shoes, I know the struggles you face. I will never make you feel ashamed of your behavior or your difficulties. I too have been shamed by doctors and nutritionists who didn’t understand, and it is my MISSION to help you see how normal you actually are. You are not broken. You are not alone. You are not insane. You just need to learn some new skills in a way that is positive, loving, and FUN.
ALL bodies are meant to move and all bodies CAN move. I would be honored to be your guide and your companion on your journey to a healthier life, no matter what your body currently looks like or what your goals may be. I promise I will never make you look or feel stupid. I will make sure you enjoy your sessions and leave feeling accomplished and proud of yourself. If you want to lose weight, we will gently work on your diet in ways that allow you to achieve your goals. If you do not want to work on your weight, you will not ever be pressured to do so. You can be fit in any size body.
Movement is the need and right of every body.
