Your 4-Month Program includes…


  • Two one hour private sessions in person, via phone, or Skype each month for 4 months (8 sessions total)

  • Dietary recommendations tailored specifically to your needs, preferences, and lifestyle.  You get TO EAT people, EAT!  No hungry white-knuckling here. We are going for long-term sustainability and joy with food, so no dogmas like “no oil”, “clean eating”, super low calories, or any of the other crazy restrictions people arbitrarily try to hold themselves too.

  • Step-by-step habits and daily habit tracking that allows you to break your goals down into doable bites and actually get things accomplished!  

  • Unlimited E-mail support between sessions – you email me when you feel bingey, doubtful, or even after a binge and we work through it together until you have learned what you needed to learn and can FINALLY move forward.

The Introductory Session is 60-minutes long, conducted via phone, Skype, or FaceTime, and can be booked below. (If you’re in Israel and want to come see me in Kfar Saba, that can be arranged too).
