- Dietary recommendations tailored specifically to your needs, preferences, and lifestyle. You get TO EAT people, EAT! No hungry white-knuckling here. We are going for long-term sustainability and joy with food, so no dogmas like “no oil”, “clean eating”, super low calories, or any of the other crazy restrictions people arbitrarily try to hold themselves too.
- Unlimited E-mail support between sessions – you email me when you feel bingey, doubtful, or even after a binge and we work through it together until you have learned what you needed to learn and can FINALLY move forward!
- Handouts, tons of recipes, meal plans, and other materials
- Worksheets and exercises to help you delve deep into your stuck spots and finally move through them
- My undivided attention and unconditional support. You have never been as supported as you will be in this program!

This is the most effective and supportive nutrition and lifestyle counseling you will ever experience. But, honestly, it’s not for everybody. If you are not really ready to change your habits and your thoughts, then I won’t be able to help you. If you feel like a helpless victim of your bad habits and poor health, then there is nothing anyone can do for you.
Change begins with a little glimmer or spark in your heart that says “Yes, I think that maybe I can do this if I just got some help!” and if you feel that, then I can help you flame it into a raging fire of motivation and success.
During our Introductory Session we will discuss your unique situation in depth and determine how I can help you reach your personal goals. There is no obligation to continue until you are certain my approach is for you.
